The Los Angeles Times has announced that it will honor esteemed American author T.C. Boyle with a lifetime achievement award this Spring. T.C. Boyle’s poignant, powerful writing has earned him a global reputation, but he has pride of place as an author in Southern California. In addition to living in and writing prolifically about Los Angeles, he is currently an artist in residence and Distinguished Professor at the University of Southern California.
T.C. Boyle will be given his Lifetime Achievement Award during the 20th annual Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, in mid-April. This Book Festival is among the nation’s largest. For inquiries about hosting T.C. Boyle at your next literary event, contact Books In Common.
