Andrew McCarthy, author of the New York Times bestselling memoir The Longest Way Home, wowed attendees of the Arapahoe Library District’s spring author event. His presentation included short videos from his travels.
Books in Common and the library’s staff went the extra mile with arranging the event: reaching out to local media and newspapers, handing out bookmarks with the date and time, and spreading word via the library’s Facebook page.
