This year, the University of Oregon’s Center for the Study of Women in Society celebrated its 40th anniversary this fall with a symposium on feminist science fiction. On hand for the speaking engagements was Molly Gloss, the award-winning and Hugo-nominated author of The Hearts of Horses, Wild Life, and The Dazzle of Day.
Hundreds of attendees flocked to hear Molly’s reading, as well as a panel on “Creating Utopia: Feminist Science Fiction” she took part in.
