Koethi Zan

Originally from the small farming town of Opp, Alabama, Koethi attended Birmingham – Southern College, and then Yale Law School. After graduation she began working for a prestigious law firm in Manhattan. Far from her small town roots, she soon realized corporate life wasn’t for her. So she began working as an entertainments lawyer, with a slight detour along the way to studying cinema at the NYU Tisch School of Arts.

While Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at MTV, Koethi decided to fulfill a lifelong dream on the side, in the early morning she wrote the crime novel, The Never List. Now, Keothi, her husband Stephen Metcalf, and their two daughters, live in an old farmhouse in rural upstate New York.
